ADOPTABLE ORPHANS
PLEASE READ BELOW ABOUT OUR PROCESS AND FEES
****VERY IMPORTANT****
THE REASON WE HAVE ADOPTION FEES IS TO COVER MEDICAL BILLS FOR THE DOGS, THE RESCUE IS RUN BY DONATIONS AND ADOPTION FEES, THE ADOPTION FEE USUALLY DOES NOT EVEN COVER THE MEDICAL BILL FOR THAT DOG.  I CAN NO LONGER WAIVE THE FEES OR LOWER THEM I AM SO SORRY BUT THERE ARE JUST TOO MANY DOGS AND THE EXPENSES ARE TRIPLE OF WHAT THAT HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST.  PLEASE UNDERSTAND IF YOU DON'T PAY YOUR ADOPTION FEE YOU ARE HURTING THE RESCUES ABILITIES TO HELP OTHER DOGS.

THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING AN ORPHAN.  ALL DOGS WILL BE ALTERED AND HAVE ALL VET WORK DONE INCLUDING MICROCHIP PRIOR TO ADOPTION.  THE ADOPTION FEES COVER THE MEDICAL EXPENSES SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO HELP MORE DOGS.  95% OF THE DOGS WE RECEIVE HAVE NO VET WORK AND NEVER EVEN BEEN TO A VET.   PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADOPTION FEES RARELY COVER THE EXPENSE OF ONE PUG THE ONLY WAY WE CAN CONTINUE TO HELP SO MANY IN NEED IS TO CHARGE ADOPTION FEES, FUNDRAISERS AND DONATIONS.

AN APPLICATION IS NEEDED TO START THE ADOPTION PROCESS.  A PHONE INTERVIEW, HOME VISIT AND VET REFERENCE ARE THE THREE STEPS IN ADOPTION

**ADOPTION PENDING**FOXIE WAS RESCUED ABOUT A MONTH AGO.  NO ONE KNOWS FOR SURE WHAT HAPPENED BUT HER EYE WAS HANGING OUT OF HER SOCKET.  SHE RECEIVED EMERGENCY SURGERY AND IS NOW ALL BETTER.  SHE HAS SUCH PERSONALITY AND SHE IS HOUSEBROKEN.  SHE IS ABOUT 7-8 YEARS OLD.  SHE IS OK WITH MOST DOGS BUT WOULD PREFER TO BE THE QUEEN SO A HOME WITH ANOTHER SUBMISSIVE DOG OR TWO OR NO OTHER DOGS IS WHAT SHE WOULD LIKE PLEASE CONSIDER LETTING  HER KNOW HER LIFE WORTH SAVING BY GIVING HER A GREAT HOME FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE.

**Adoption pending***CODY IS A DARLING 3 YEAR OLD PUG.  HIS OWNERS GAVE HIM UP BECAUSE HE WAS MARKING.  APPARENTLY THEY DID NOT REALIZE THAT DOGS WILL MARK IF THEY ARE NOT NEUTERED SO WE WILL GET HIM NEUTERED AND WORK WITH HIM BUT I AM SURE HE WILL BE THE BEST BOY.  NEEDS ANOTHER PUG IN THE HOME AS WELL. ADOPTED***Luke is 8 years old and a wonderful sweet boy.  He came from somewhere in Kansas with his brother.  He is healthy and great with other animals and all people.  He is just a simple sweet pug boy with lots of personality. Adoption fee for Luke is $150 He has had all vet work done.
ADOPTED***Buster is a sweet little dear about 4-5 years old.  He was rescued from a shelter and is now in foster care with 2 other pugs.  He does like to play and be with the other dogs so he would probalby need a home with another pug or two.  He is healthy but will need eye drops for dry eye. ROSIE is a darling 5 year old pug whose owner could no longer care for her.  She is in good health, she gets along with dogs and humans a like.  She is on the smaller side.  Rosie would be the perfect addition to any pug family.

***Adoption pending**Lucy is a little doll baby girl 2 years old given up because the family moved to an apt. and did not have a yard for her.

GONZO is a wonderful pug/boston mix we think.  He is pug size and has loving loving nature of a pug but a little more active than a pug.  He is very very sweet.  He is healthy and good with dogs and all human sizes.  He will not have the typcial health probems pure pugs have either!

Chloe is another product of "giving up due to children" She is 6 years old and in good health.  She is good with other dogs and people.  She would be greatful for a home with someone who will love her like she deserves she is easy going and easy to care for.

Bella is a beautiful little 1 year old girl.  She gets along with most dogs but prefers the males not females.  She is a sweet baby girl that must go to a pug experienced home with another male pug or two.  She is healthy.

Grandpa is a hospice pug he is not up for adoption.....came to us from a shelter in Missouri.  He is a tiny little old guy.  He is blind and has the beginning of kidney failure but is doing much better than when we first got him.  We think we will have a couple of good years with him.  He is quite a character and quite a brave little thing. Just as precious as they come.

Grandpa is a Hospice Pug living the rest of his life with the Schinsky family in St. Louis and is being sponsored by  Milwaukee Pug Fest

These three wonderful pugs are needing a new home as their owner has terminal cancer.  Samo and Sasha are both 12 and Wally is 10 and the son of the two.  They are all in good health and good with other dogs and housebroken.

Our Christmas Miracle was answered when a wonderful person stepped up to foster these wonderful dogs!
